Hi dude,

 

I know this can be really frustrating but it can be solved because I also had this issue. May I ask what methods you've attempted so far? I tried running as administrator and turning off my anti virus whilst I played LSPDFR and it worked for me. Sometimes, this can cause what is happening.

    Go to your Windows search bar, enter "firewall" and choose the first option. Turn off private firewall and try to load up RageHook. This solved some of my issues in the past, as I reinstalled everything with my firewall turned off (maybe do this as a last resort). Make sure to turn it back on after as eventually it could leave your PC at risk for a virus.
