I play fully default (vanilla) LSPDFR without any plugins. (I want to install some later but first I want to get comfortable with the default mod.)

1. Should I stop the vehicle If it does not stop at the stop sign? I sat there for like 3 minutes and no car stopped there.
2. Does itmatter if I go with unmarked or not? I mean if I go unmarked will it have a bigger chance to a red light runner?
3. I saw someone breaking the car's window when I was in an unmarked vehicle, I stopped and arrested him. Does the LSPDFR comes with this feature or is this a default GTA V feature?
4. Where should I know the speed limit from? I saw a 15MPH sign at the airport I slowed down to that speed but everybody was overtaking me.
5. Is there a compatible mod with the newest GTA V update and with the LSPDFR 0.4.7 which makes the radio response red if the license is suspended or if the suspect has an active warrant? This mod can add anything else to the game I don't care.

1. yes you can stop the vehicle if you want....GTA ai drivers can drive crazy sometimes and not every traffic path is realistic I recommend installing a traffic control mod like

2. For unmarked vehicles depends on many factors, the police slot such as police4 the game registers as unmarked.

     Also some callout plugins have an editable INI with the car you would like it to register as an unmarked unit.
