Hello,

I am fairly new to helping people out on here, and being honest I have never seen this issue before, but I do like a good challenge.

@stormwood if you could do me a favor and please tell me if you have any other scripts installed, or if you have only LSPDFR 0.4 and RPH installed?

Thanks catfish!

I don't have any other scripts/mods installed.

Just the lspdfr 0.4 and RPH.

It's got me stumped on why it's saying the .dll is not valid when I can run GTA v fine haha

No worries.

That leads me to believe that it’s an issue with your installation of LSPDFR or Rage Plugin Hook. My suggestion would be to completely uninstall both of those and install them again. LSPDFR has a really neat auto installer that does most of the hard work for you! You can also find a tutorial for the auto installer here:

This is the tutorial I used. He does show you how to install script hook, you do not have to do that unless you’d like to. If you are using an epic games copy of GTA then do not install script hook.

I hope this helps!

Thanks catfish!

I've just finished going through that video and following ever step.

However still coming up with the d3dx11_43.dll is not valid x64 image.

Alrighty well I guess I was right when I said this was gonna be a challenge.

I have done a little digging into other individuals who seem to have had this problem before.

Firstly, I have to ask, are you using a cracked version of the game, or did you legitimately purchase the game from steam, rockstar, or epic games?

Secondly, a lot of people seem to be saying this is the missing file; https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35&nowin10

Like I said, I have never had this issue, so it looks like we might be doing some experimenting.

Hahaha it definitely is a challenge..

I bought GTA V of steam, so it's definitely not a cracked version.

I have updated the direct X and this update again and it's saying that a newer version has been installed already.

I can run GTA by itself no problem. But as soon as I open RPH it comes up with this not being valid..

s.wood

Yeah that’s because it’s not an issue with GTA V itself, but it appears to be with RPH.

I’m going to be honest, I have looked through quite a few posts on these and there’s not a single one I can find that appears to have a solution for this problem.

First, I would just go ahead and try and verify the integrity of your game files.

If that doesn’t work, I was able to dig up a four month old spanish video that seems to have possibly a similar issue, and while the narrator is speaking entirely in Spanish, I was able to visually track what he was doing. That can be found here;

Lmao I really hope one of these works

Edit: I did an even deeper dive and found this; https://www.viveos.net/video/ctdPJz6F1iU/how-to-fix-d3dx11.html

I might have found the issue.

When I downloaded the updated vcredist_IA64.exe it comes up with a error.

"This setup program requires an IA64 platform. It cannot be installed on the platform"

Have no idea how to do this as I'm new to the pc
