LSPDfR is just not loading. It loads normally with everything on the loadiing screen but when I get in the game theres no police stations.

I am able to see the stations but, cannot go on duty. It keeps saying loading lspdfr and when I used this method to force load it it says warning  plugin lspd first response was terminated because it caused the game to freeze and it froces termination
