Vanilla and StopThePed Clashing

After updating LSPDFR to its latest version, I encountered one of the main plugins clashing with Vanilla LSPDFR. After concluding a pursuit, when I use the Vanilla LSPDFR arrest button to cuff the suspect on the ground, StopThePed's menu is unavailable to me. As I'm sure others know, StopThePed gives you several options with a menu. My ability to place an arrested suspect in the back of my patrol vehicle seems to rely on StopThePed's menu. If I arrest a suspect with the Vanilla LSPDFR arrest option, it seems to override StopThePed; meaning I am not able to enter the menu given for an arrested suspect. The game does not allow me to use the StopThePed menu to grab and escort the suspect to my patrol vehicle. I am also not able to use any of the other options included with StopThePed. For example, I cannot use the prisoner transport option, frisking, kneeling, or releasing. The game only allows me to use the default keys for either grabbing the suspect (On controller, Dpad Right) or frisking/kneeling the suspect (On controller, Dpad Left). I have also noticed that if I do not grab the suspect with the StopThePed option, I cannot sit him/her in the back of my patrol vehicle.

I remember in previous versions of LSPDFR, I was able to use the StopThePed menu after arresting the suspect on the ground with LSPDFR's default key. It works fine if I arrest the suspect either during a traffic stop or on the sidewalk, but most of the arrests I make take place after the suspect flees. Does anyone know of a possible solution to this recurring issue?
