The game was fine up until today.  No new plugins, or installs.  I played the game last on Thursday and everything worked fine.  Haven’t used the PC since Thursday.  I have been trying for the past 3 hours.  I have deleted and reinstalled GTA V from Steam.  Reloaded all my plugins.  Plugins I am using are:

·         EUP menu

·          LSPD First response

·          traffic policer. 

I have even deleted all the plugins and tried with only the base LSPDFR installation and it will not work.  Re-installed hoping that they would work and nothing.  I noticed through the forums regarding updating the Net Framework and mine is up to date.  Even tried reverting back to an older version of Rage plugin hook that I keep with no luck.  GTAV loads and runs fine without LSPDFR and the trainer but I love playing with LSPDFR.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

 

Try to restart your pc and disable your antivirus

Thanks.  Tried that but it still wont load.  Now it locks up while its loading and i need to reboot.  I turned the antivirus back on and now the game loads but LSPDFR still crashes.

First, update lspdfr to the newest version. Then, please send a screenshot of your plugins folder. Thanks. 

You also shouldn't disable your antivirus. Make an exception to the gta folder.

I updated to the newest LSPDFR and at first it did not work.  Same issue as before.  So i reverted back to the 1.74.1261.16020 Rage Plugin Hook versus the 1.78.1267.16039 with the newest LSPDFR 0.4.7 and now everything works.  Thanks for the help.
