I installed LCPDFR for the complete edition for GTA IV a couple of days ago and haven't been able to play it properly at all.
Chances are I installed it incorrectly but here is a list of the issues I've had just to see if they're common.

- Weird key bindings making the mod borderline unplayable "." "," "~" 
- No taser or flash light
- Crashing when attempting to arrest someone
- Cannot pull cars over at all 

If anyone knows what I did wrong or if these are just symptoms of the new update please let me know.

Yep, same problems here, lots of bugs in the newest update sad to say

I know this can be frustrating but it does have a solution. Can you upload a screenshot of your directory and the ragehookplugin.log file. From what you have said it seems that you may have installed LCPDFR incorrectly. How many scripts & plugins do you have?

LCPDFR does not require the Rage plugin hook, as such, that log file will not exist 🙂  RPH is for GTA V. This is GTA IV, LCPDFR. 

 

I've noticed the same bugs, but I am not sure there is anything to do about it. Development focus is on LSPDFR and RDRFR.

Alright, simple mistake I thought it carried over no need to be an arse about it.  It isn't the first time staff have bashed me for trying to help someone on the site. Think you need to revisit your own community guidelines, it is getting really annoying how it is one rule for you and another for users. The way you have told me is making me out to be an idiot. "This is GTA IV, LCPDFR" aye no shit sherlock.  A simple "This file isn't included" would be enough to put your point across.

I didn't mean to be an arse, truly. I do apologize if you took offence. I was just clarifying as it might be obvious to you, but perhaps not to everyone else reading what with the influx of new members when EpicGames released GTA V for free. If you want, feel free to shoot me a PM and we can continue discussing there as to not derail this particular thread.
