I have uninstalled and reinstalled GTA as a whole now 4 times. I am following FirstThirtyMinutes's guides on installing things such as EUP, ELS and a couple vehicle packs...

 

EUP refuses to load the proper uniforms, I have tried using workarounds found here however nothing works for the entirety of the various agencies, everything from patches not being on uniforms (floating) to uniforms being wrong entirley...

 

ELS I cant seem to get working. I again followed word for word everything he did, and the lights dont work, I now for some reason cant pull anyone over and I cant interact with them.

 

I followed KaneJr and Benzo Effects guides on using Compulite...that refuses to work even after changing keybinds.

 

I tried installing StopThePed and that just made things worse..unable to interact with peds, unable to arrest, unable to talk, anything

 

Tried installing Traffic Policer...again didnt work and just made the game bugged to the point I cant play.

 

About the only things that DO work are callouts..and even then in my LSPDFR in game settings its doubled...

 

I desperately want to play LSPDFR however this has gotten out of hand to the point I cant even play without encountering multiple bugs that ruin the game as a whole for me. Even asking my family they say it's bad enough cause all they hear is me screaming at my computer in anger after dealing with this MULTIPLE TIMES.

 

Please help..anyone...please. 

what are your lspdfr settings, ragepluginhook settings and are you experincing crashes or just bugs ?

Bugs mostly. Crashing is a non issue but the game is unplayable in current state..I had it working for a little in just vanilla but now I cant arrest people, and I have to shoot them since they dont surrender or stop. 

are you using stop the ped for arrest ?

Not anymore..I uninstalled everything aside from base LSPDFR because it was pissing me off to no end. Everytime I try to follow the videos online the same thing happens and it becomes a buggy mess

since you have alot of issues lets start with getting lspdfr working first with stop the ped and ultimate backup.....when approaching a ped are you getting a menu prompt ?

 

No I'm not, as of now I think I have just a base lspdfr installed but I cant tell..
