Why does my inventory keep disappearing for other agencies?

As the title says, why is it that when I go on patrol for the SAHP, my inventory keeps disappearing for them? Is there a way to make them my default agency? I'm using RDE-LSPDFR configs if that means anything. I think this a bug of LSPDFR.

@LMS Sorry for the tag, but if this is a bug with LSPDFR, then I thought you should know.

We pull the configured inventory for your agency when you go on duty. In fact, when using the Police Station Menu, you can specify which inventory you want to use. Are you saying you select one there (and it is valid), but you do not get any weapons?

I think I may have fixed it, whenever i select to go on patrol for the SAHP, my inventory never popped up, I went into the XML file, changed <WEAPON chance="20"> to <WEAPON> and that seemed to have fixed it. Also by police station menu, you mean the one that pops up when you go on duty or the one where you press M?

The one when you go on duty, as that is where you select your inventory you want to start out with.
