Hello,I would like to ask how I can add some army backup units such as barracks3,apc,rhino and hydra backup units on either ultimate backup or the vanilla backup menu

Do you mean when you are playing in Fort Zancudo?  Or do you want army backups to spawn anywhere in San Andreas?

 

You can customize UB for certain units to spawn but you might need to add them to 2 or 3 XML files. 

 

If you go to main game folder then plugins/lspdfr/ultimatebackup folder and then select default regions xml and look for the areas you want to add the army and put in the army vehicle names that the games reads like in your example above. 

 

If you want to specify an officer title (supervisor, detective, ect.) to a certain unit then look in special units xml in that same ultimatebackup folder. 

 

You might check that out and that sould work.
