My game is crashing on startup with rage plugin and it exits out and shows me the default gta 5 crash screen but no rage plugin crash screen and I don't know why its crashing.

It can be found in your GTA 5 Main Directory and is called "RagePluginHook.log".

I stumbled across something when I started rage plugin it didn't load my plugins it was default Franklin at his house and no plugins were being loaded it also was not popping up on the screen when the game was loading that plugins were being loaded

Launch RPH, and when the little window comes up, click the silver icon in the bottom left. Then screenshot the window that comes up.

Try only launching LSPDFR and EUP Menu on startup and then load the rest once you get in-game and go on-duty. For the issue of no splash screen, try launching RPH in forced windowed mode. You can do this by going to the CommandLine.txt and removing everything and adding in -windowed

I am did that and now when I launch it I get stuck on waiting for game window when the logo is on my desktop
