New Installer

Hi everyone, 

I am new to LSPDFR - please note I am not a normal gamer, it's taken me three weeks to get LSPDFR to work on my computer (with the help of these forums, thank you!). 

However, I am struggling with installing MODS, all of the "most helpful" forum entries all say you have to do different thing, so what I'm really looking for is a extremely simple, non-tech set of instructions on how to install a mod (I only want to change two vehicles, policeold1 and policeold2) - with this being said, I don't really want to install ELS as I don't think my computer could handle much more abuse lol! 

Also would be great if someone could point me into the right direction of a great unmarked tahoe and charger for policeold1 and policeold2. 

Any help is appreciated, but please remember I'm not very tech so as easy as possible. 😞
