Is it possible to pass the ped name to the Windows app?

Featured Replies

Is it possible to pass for example the ped name to the Windows app? I just want to make a program like a police computer, but not as a plugin, but as a separate application

I apologize if there are mistakes in the text

I dont now what you need

You could write the name to a variable and save that to a file, then access that file in the program. Not sure how it impacts performance or exactly how it works. I'm just thinking in practical programming terms.

I'm quite new to the LSPDFR Api i general as i mostly do C++ but thats how i would try.

I started playing LCPDFR in a very early stage. Loved it all the way through to LSPDFR to this day.

I code alot on my spare time and recently started doing some modding/plugins for LSPDFR.

The keyword you are looking for is interprocess communcation (IPC). If you look for the language/framework of your choice and IPC, you should find many ways of communicating.
