ELS working without LSPDFR ?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm working a lot on my dispatch.meta file recently, and i'm not using LSPDFR. Thing is, i want unmarked cars for the COP/FIB/SWAT/ARMY AI spawn and dispatch, and most of them are ELS.

Is it actually possible to use ELS without LSPDFR ? And will the AI use the lights ?

So I can use ELS without LSPDFR, but will the police lights be working with the AI police cars ?

Edit : I installed and use ELS. It works when i'm driving the car. But it is not working for the AI. ELS config

[ GENERAL ]
MaxActiveVehs = 40
ElsMaxRangePl = 800
ElsMaxRangeAi = 500
ElsActiveOnAi = true
ElsTrafCtrlOn = true

Rectification : on the 16 cars downloaded, all of them worked while being myself in the vehicle, and only 2 of them working for the AI. Someone knows a fix for this ?

Post closed. I found the fix : The downloaded vehicles needs the files to be in the vehicles.rpf, some proper replacement lines ("fbi" ones for all my cars) in the vehicles.meta AND the corresponding lines in the carvariations.meta.

It fixed my issue.
