So it's been a few years since iv done modding with games and iv tried everything and followed instructions and looked on YouTube but the vehicles just won't load into the game and I couldn't get els to even load up on the game so I'm reinstalling GTA V with a fresh install and hopefully someone can't help me out with getting it working properly because I don't know if i put file in the wrong spot but I have rage plugin hook and script hook v and open iv installed so am I missing something or just put files in the wrong spot or just didn't configure something right please let me know any information will be helpful thanks.

make sure you installed your vehicles into the latest patchday update, which is patchday22. also make sure you are installing the ELS vlc files through OpenIV. also make sure you are installing REPLACEMENT cars instead of ADD ON cars..which require you to spawn them to use them.
