How to change established police uniforms / como cambiar uniformes de policías establecido.

 

Hello how are you, first my apology in case there is already a topic regarding this and for my bad english I am from Peru.

I wanted to know if you can help me change the unifomes of the police officers already predetermined. My uniform if I can change it to my liking with EUP and EUP Menu. But I want to put on the rest of the police a uniform created by me, I would like to know how I change it.
 

Use LSPDFR 0.4.7 (Build 7383)
I also have OpenIV
 

But I can't find the .jbi file to modify that uniform

Hola como estan, primero mi disculpa por si ya hay un tema con respecto a este y por mi mal ingles soy de Peru.

Queria saber si pueden ayudarme a cambian los unifomes de los policias ya predetermiandos. Mi uniforme si puedo cambiarlo a mi gusto con EUP y EUP Menu pero quiero colocarle al resto de los policias un uniforme creado por mi, me gustaria saber como lo cambio.

Tengo tambien el OpenIV  
 

Pero no encuentro el archivo .jbi para moficiar ese uniforme

on this on this route:
