All my life I suffer with this game, even improved my PC, nothing has changed, constantly errors magic, please help me understand the structure of this game.

GTAIV Complite edition

LCPDFR

ELS 8.51

NYPD ped

NYPD police 1x

 

How to set up as in the video, els?

Because of the current Rockstar update, ELS no longer works. However, LCPDFR DOES work if you download the hotfix linked below. Hopefully the ELS team comes out with an update that supports the latest version of GTA 4.

Patch 1.0.7.0

 

The ELS dependencies will not work with GTA IV complete edition, unless there's an update for that. 

 

You can still use some awsome non-els vehicles.

Okay.

 

In summary, ELS will not work for GTA IV complete edition because it's outdated.

 

And also, I'd appreciate that if you would give me credit for using my video in your post.

I fixed it, I can't figure out how to make the light brighter

You need to install a visual mod such as ENB to make the lights brighter, especially for that rotating lights. 

 

How did you make the ELS work by the way?

It should be written in the ini file
