Try replacing the fire engine back to its base version and then see if the issue still occurs.

Where did you replace the firetruck at? Like what patchday?

 

Make sure to keep the files when you remove them just in case it isnt the cause.

So I've just replaced it with the original Ill give it a try and see what it does. Is it possible it may be the problem to why LSPDFR crashes?

Alright. First, backup those replace files of the modified vehicle.

Then go to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng and then navigate to the vehicle.rpf. Then copy all the vehicle files for firetruk. Once you do that, go back to the same location but inside your mods folder and paste it.

So I had just tested it and LSPDFR still crashed when I tried going on-duty.
