Does anyone know if using http://docs.ragepluginhook.net/?topic=html/T_Rage_EmergencyLighting.htm will make me able to add more sirens to my cars?

I'm doing non ELS vintage cars with multiple lightbars that require a lot of coronas to simulate that old style halogen effect, that looks way lot better than ELS. But I obviously can't put more than 20 siren ids  in one car. Does RPH let you add more? or that's just to see what's in the file and edit it ingame? thanks.

It just exposes the internal carcol settings. It does allow you to modify them per vehicle instead of per model, though.
