Im trying to make that swoosh part.

If its okay to ask, in paint.net, how could I match the font of an actual department? Like I would want to change it to liberty City police, with the same font at for instance boston police?

@bnutter: well first you will need find out what font that is,download it and install the font...but you would need to do that whit all programs not just paint.net :D
