Hi,

 

I am having trouble with ELS - I cannot get it to work. I have one or two static lights and when I press J to turn them on nothing happens. I have reinstalled ELS, GTA V and Open IV APIs (if that is what it's called).

Please can anyone help? I've had this issue with GTA V for like 6 months now, and yes I am running a high spec laptop and it hasn't got anything to do with my specs, I am certain of that.

have you installed the car's xml?

ELS uses scriphook and today gta was updated so until scriphook update, ELS won't work

Make sure you put the xmls in the right folder (pack_default). 
Google script hook v and go to the dev-c website. All you have to do is drag the scripthookv.dll and dinput8 to your gta 5 directory. Don’t worry about the native trainer file

Thanks, I have just updated scripthook and now it works! Now to add some uniforms and new police cars 😄
