I have been trying to figure this out all day but for some reason I can't figure it out.

The game keeps crashing during the load up phase, the last thing that it says it is loading before it crashes is "Loading and populating game world" then I get the crash. I have going through the boards here and trying other support options but nothing seems to help. Any help would be a appreciated.  Thanks

Go to your ragepluginhook settings and increase the Plugin Time Threshold to 60000.

I did that, and it still crashes

I don't have any mods at the moment, I was trying to start over with a clean slate since I haven't played in over a year. I did the latest update on GTA and then made sure that was running, then I did the latest LSPDFR and rage plug in hook, and then it stopped working.

Make a clean reinstall of lspdfr and ragepluginhook.

I tried this and same things happens, I tried running ragepluginhook without lspdfr and it crashed too( if that helps)

weird, it was loading up fine with out rage, but now it crashes, maybe I should try a complete reinstall of the the game itself?

1. Delete the mods folder then try.

2. If that doesn't work then reinstall the game.
