The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    Not to my knowledge, however LSPDFR does include ambient traffic stops that you can come across.

    nothing yet... He is currently offline.  Being an ambient aesthetic I would not worry to much over trying to adjust it right this moment. It wont hurt or affect your game. I am sure he will come along
