LSPD First response crashes when im on the loading screen for GTA V. I have no other mods installed other then lspdfr and a mod menu (Menyoo), I've uninstalled and reinstalled Gta itself several times but no fix. Someone please help me.

Upload your RagePluginHook.log it can be found in your main directory

I just did.

Try running RPH as an Admin.

I've tried that multiple times, I've even started the game normally and the running RPH (normal and admin) on the loading screen when i get to chose what mode to play (online, story etc) and still it hasn't worked.

Sorry, I'll elaborate. What brand/company? For example, Norton, McAfee and so on.

I'd recommend removing that and using a different antivirus, perhaps the built-in Windows Defender. I believe SAntivirus is Segurazo Antivirus, and it's known to conflict with some parts of Rage/LSPDFR.

So im having trouble removing SAntivirus but i noticed i have McAfee running aswell. Im just wondering before i keep trying to remove SAntivirus if McAfee is causing the trouble.

I'd suggest you remove SAntivirus first, and then McAfee.

SAntivirus is a little tricky to uninstall, as it's a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program), and hooks onto Windows Registry too. This guide here should come in useful: https://geeksadvice.com/remove-segurazo-antivirus/

Edit: Another way you could remove is using MalwareBytes, and this guide: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/249582-removal-instructions-for-segurazo/

Just finished deleting it had a little trouble but i think i got it, ill try launching the game and ill let you know. BTW i still haven't done anything about McAfee yet so well see.

There's not a real way, but you're welcome! 😄 

Solution (in case anyone else comes across this thread): Removed SAntivirus and McAfee antivirus.
