The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

How does one make it so only certain Callouts get Called Out and how often? Like if I just wanted Pursuits how do I do that? I know there is the LSPDFR Callouts Menu in the LSPDFR Menu but it doesn't feature a way to Disable certain Callouts.

    I don't believe this is a feature (yet). But you could disable all callouts via the interaction menu (or plugin) then use the API function StartCallout

    In the lspdfr.ini there is a multiplier for callout frequency. As for disabling, you can disable call outs if the developer of callout pack allows it in their ini file
