hi there my mods folder isn't working if i uninstall the mods folder i can play the game without this error err_gfx_d3d_init i tried going to the settings xml that didn't help i set directX to zero 

if i have the mods folder in the game file location heres the error i get err_gfx_d3d_init if anyone can help me thanks
