Is this one a better option?

Gigabyte B350 Gaming 3 motherboard, 16GB DDR4 3200 RAM, Ryzen 7 1700 (8 Core, 16 Thread) along with a Radeon R9 Fury 4GB.

IMO- You need higher graphics car & Higher memory. To run smooth.

Id say the graphics card should be higher than 8GB I believe that the recommend? SO youd be running min settings.
