I'm at a loss right now. Yesterday my game crashed so I ran the Albo Troubleshooter which then said it fixed my Arrest Manager, Spike Strip, and Traffic Police Plugin. I go to load the game and the GTAV intro works, but when it goes to the black loading screen with the 'LSPDFR Loading" tab in the bottom right; it stays there and does nothing else. So I deleted those 3 plugins listed above and it still did it. I reinstalled them and it still did it. One Thing I did notice is that the Albo Troubleshooter moved my arrest manager to the /plugins instead of /plugins/lspdfr. I verified my game integrity through steam and double checked the RPH parameters are set to 50,000. There's no crash report to add so I'm not sure what could be wrong.

1. Try launching GTA 5 normally, and when it gets to the lights and sirens, tab out and launch RPH.
2. Try checking the readme for Arrest Manager to make sure the files are in the right location.
3. Try re-downloading and installing LSPDFR and RPH.

Hey! So I wouldn't say I fixed it; I just have to load everything with the F4 tav after the game is loaded in and I spawn as Franklin. Not sure what happened but so far it's working.  Thank you!
