[ELS] Doesn't detect ELS cars anymore

Hello there,

My ELS treats the Emergency vehicles like normal cars. When I hit B on the Controller it still Blips the siren but also turns on the cinematic camera. When I hit DPadLeft to cycle trough the Lightning-Stages it also changes the Radio Station. When I honk the Horn I get 2 seperate honks, one from ELS and one from the Vanilla game... 

So I think that ELS isn't properly blocking something it has to block. 

It all worked fine for the past few weeks since I reinstalled GTA V and LSPDFR, but yesterday suddendly it changed. The only changes I made were some changes in the UltimateBackup settings but I already undid these Changes and it still is won't work.

I also tried various "Free my Controller" scripts where it unbinds those actions from the dedicated button and than I just put a makro on B with XPadder and DS4Windows for the letter "R" on the keyboard but after that the Buttons on the Controller seemed to be disabled in the whole game (i.e. can't press B to go back in Menus etc. or can't switch trhough weapons in weapon-wheel with DPadLeft)

Furthermore I tried to delete those button mappings myself in the update.rpf>common>data>control>standart.meta but still same outcome as those scripts.

Also reinstalled ELS, Ultimate Backup, Carvariations.meta, vehicles.meta and disabled all add-on vehicles that might cause a problem.

I mean I could just reinstall LSPDFR completly but I just did it and the game actually never ran this stable like it does in this build so want to prevent this option.
