Not sure what is going on

So I attempted to install Coastal Callouts and LML. I followed videos, the tutorial and all. I turn on LSPDFR and upon loading, LSPDFR crashes I load in as Franklin and my character is under the map. Any suggestions? Did I install something wrong?
