Single Rotator Not Working Correctly

Featured Replies

UPDATE: I fixed all of the rotators except for one by centering the local axes to their respective objects. So do that if you had the same problem I did. Now I just have an issue with this one rotator, the front-most one. I tried it as siren14 and now as siren9, but it refuses to work correctly. It just blinks in and out in different sizes (video below). Any chance anyone knows how to fix this, and is it a problem with the model or a problem with the carcols not accepting the siren number?

Hey  changing the relevent siren under the relvent ID in the carcols.
The police/LSSD stainer use the ID 13 aka 'dual light bar'. and if your trying to change siren 14 to spin I would copy from this

Spoiler

          <rotation>
            <delta value="0.00000000"/>
            <start value="0.00000000"/>
            <speed value="50.00000000"/>
            <sequencer value="4294967295"/>
            <multiples value="1"/>
            <direction value="true"/>
            <syncToBpm value="true"/>
          </rotation>
          <flashiness>
            <delta value="0.00000000"/>
            <start value="0.00000000"/>
            <speed value="0.00000000"/>
            <sequencer value="4294967295"/>
            <multiples value="2"/>
            <direction value="true"/>
            <syncToBpm value="true"/>
          </flashiness>
          <corona>
            <intensity value="50.00000000"/>
            <size value="1.10000000"/>
            <pull value="0.20000000"/>
            <faceCamera value="false"/>
          </corona>
          <color value="0xFF000AFF"/>
          <intensity value="1.00000000"/>
          <lightGroup value="0"/>
          <rotate value="true"/>
          <scale value="false"/>
          <scaleFactor value="2"/>
          <flash value="false"/>
          <light value="true"/>
          <spotLight value="true"/>
          <castShadows value="false"/>
        </Item>
      </sirens>

This is taken from siren 20 from ID 13

These two treads should also help as they talk about editing the carcols file (More geared towards NON-ELS but since your doing rotators it should help)

Oh. Well. I didn’t expect anyone to respond to this if I’m being honest. I did actually just solve it by copying the carcols line from Jedadiah’s LVMPD pack and changing the light colors to match my lights, and since I’m never releasing the vehicles showed in the videos it doesn’t matter that much anymore.

Thank you for your response though, I really appreciate it.
