Whenever I load into game, and try to use the eup menu, I get a message that says, 

EUP Menu Error One or more required dlcs are present. Refer to the game console (default f4) for more information.

Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll, I have installed law and order, and serve are rescue. but nothing will work, any ideas?
