I use to get 60+ fps on LSPDFR previous versions max settings with like 20+ plugins loaded but now I seem to get like 25-35 I have v sync off changed my GeForce setting vsync is off. I only have 2 plugins installed atm so I don't know what it would be. 

 

 

EDIT: figured it out lmao ig my game liked to delete 183 files. I cant figure out how to delete my post so it will remain here till deleted
