Rage Plugin Hook Stucked

Hi all again. I'm 2 weeks trying to play LSPDFR but it seems impossible. I've download LSPDFR manual setup and I've extracted all on my GTA V directory. I've launched LSPDFR Config and i'd agree the license and the other things. If i try to open RPH before GTA V, during startup sirens, in GTA V loading, in GTA V Single Player (every time) RPH stucks on 'Launching game...'

My AV has GTA V directory exclusion and RPH file exclusion. I've Windows 10 and i've disabled Game Bar, Game Mode and DVR. I've tried to Force Windowed Mode and Directx 11... I've tried to launch GTA V as admin and RPH not and viceversa. Nothing. I never launched RPH in my PC and I'm 2 weeks stucked on that situation. The only thing that i 'discovered' today is after i've reinstalled LSPDFR and RPH is that 'advise' after the first launch of RPH.

I'm really out of ideas… There's another methods to run LSPDFR without RPH or some plugins that can help RPH to load? 😞
