Is there a solution or a mod to perform a traffic stop on foot ?

Yes I would like to know this too, like to be able to pull a car over. Darkmyre had one but it broke during the updates

As far as doing a traffic stop while on foot, I dont think this is possible. I found an old way, but one of the files is no longer available for download so it wouldn't work. You can always hold down E while the car passes but that means that they will just stop and get out and it isn't that realistic.

For a little more realism I will try with the sergeant mod but I do not know if it will work with the 0.4.6 ... 
I would tell you if it works (forced to bring down the car driver but at least on the edge of the road ! )

Yeah it would be cool if this was a feature for different types of checkpoints and stuff.
