Since I live in Henderson and there are no cars out for it. Why not give it a shot? So I made Crown Victoria Textures.
These are Henderson P.D textures, Not a car.

Installation:
Open, OpenIV
Goto Models
Find police.wtd
Turn on edit mode, right click and click edit.
Find police_sign_1,2,3,4 and replace them all with the texture
