This is the Whelen 295 Siren. I recorded these sounds straight from the website, so

they are accurate.

Installation:

1. Open Spark IV

2. Scroll down to the Sfx, click on it, then click "Edit"

3. Then scroll down to "resident.rpf" and click "Edit"

4. Click on "RESIDENT" on the side of the window

5. Click on "Import" and import the siren file

6. Click "Save"

7. You are finished!

The airhorn is bugged, I'd fix that next time before releasing.

This one sounds really good! Just the horn needs to be fixed.

Actually there isn't anything wrong with the air horn (I just played it in GTA-IVaud) I think it is just your game :/

It may work in IVaud, but in-game it's bugged. It's to do with the frequency, file size and length.
