Installation:
Install the .YFT's and .YTD in the latest patchday:
Grand Theft Auto V>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>LATEST PATCHDAY>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf

Place the XML file in:
Grand Theft Auto V>ELS>pack default

Replace the lines in the vehicles.meta and handling.meta:
Grand Theft Auto V>mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>levels>gta5
