2020 & 2014 Phoenix Police Tahoe Liveries 1.0.0

These are just about the most accurate Phoenix Tahoe liveries I could make. The models themselves are not super accurate, Phoenix does not use the Valor lightbar and has a specific Setina push bar they use, but I cannot make custom models so this is the best we have for now. These should work on most 2020 and 2014 models that are out there, if they don't I believe these are Trooper 18's vehicles so just head over there to download them. There are no K9 specific liveries simply because a majority of K9 units in Phoenix just use a plain white Tahoe with a push bar. 

- Installation: Find your patchday that you have the vehicles installed, open the .YTD file which contains all the vehicle textures and before dropping these in there just make sure that the original livery on your Tahoe is labeled as Tahoe_Sign_1. 

- If it is not Tahoe_Sign_1 simply rename it so that it replaces the current livery and you're good to go!
