This pack is now complete, each of the 4 vehicles have 1 livery, aside from the Tahoe which has a normal, as well as a K9 Livery. Vehicles are from Bread Autos' Justice Pack. again each vehicle template is very common so you shouldn't have to use this particular pack for the textures to work.

 

I wasn't sure I would like it while I was making it, but I honestly love the way this texture turned out.
