[AST] Alaska State Troopers Pack 1.0.0

These skins are based off of the Alaska State Trooper's active arsenal of skins, along with an older DUI enforcement skin. The skins are 4K, and fit on a wide variety of vehicles. In this case, they're showcased with RedSaint Modification's Code 3 Mega Pack. Each model comes with four variants: a pinstripe skin (showcased on the 2010 Dodge Charger), a purple curve (showcased on the 2011 CVPI, 2014 Dodge Charger, 2016 FPIU, and 2018 Dodge Charger), the new throwback skin (showcased on the 2020 Explorer), and a DUI enforcement skin.
