VicPol HWP Old Livery for Fozzy's Holden Commodore VF SV6 1.0.0

This is an old Victoria Police Highway Patrol livery to be used on Fozzy's SV6, which was originally an AFP vehicle. Found inside is the replacement YTD file as well as installation instructions etc.
