use file explorer for step 1, NOT OPEN IV

 

2. using openIV add

above     </Paths>

 

in the dlclist.xml located at G:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\A\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

 

3. also make sure you install the ELS xmls, and this or it won't work properly!

 

4. Make sure to install this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster and make sure the .ini looks like this: packfile_list_size = 17000

Love how this pack looks, but it always crashes my game during loading.  I installed the "OCSO" folder in my dlcpacks directory, and the ELS files in the Pack_defult folder as normal.  I added this line to the next line under the pachday24 entry.  


        <Item>dlcpacks:/OCSO/</Item>

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey revrace I used to have the same problem but maybe install these would help you stop crashing your game.

i have done all of this and my game still crashes when i try to spawn a car

Not sure if I'm the only one with this issue, but I can only spawn in the Durangos in game. When I try to spawn in a charger or tahoe my game crashes. I did install the gameconfig and limit adjusters. Any ideas on what's possibly going wrong?

Make sure to install this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster and make sure the .ini looks like this: packfile_list_size = 17000

    On first install I could only load the unmarked tahoes and durangos, after uninstalling and reinstalling the pack my game has an error of corrupt game data while loading and when I remove this pack it works just fine. Looking at the cars on open IV and the ones I could load in game it seems to be really good looking, just wish everything would work like it was supposed to. Hope to enjoy the pack soon. 😃

    Maybe if i had actually followed directions and not used open IV to install them I would've not made this comment....my mistake. 🤣

    How are you installing the pack? If using open IV then delete it and reinstall using windows file explorer ( as if you were installing scripts) ive gotten my game to load this way however beware that I still seem to only be able to spawn the unmarked vehicles such as the tahoes and durangos without it crashing.

    I still can't use these vehicles even after using file explorer to install them. Is there any reason we can't use openIV? and yes I do have the limiters and all that other stuff installed.

    Having the same issue as the others above, i have all the plugins for additional vehicles, i have like 50 other dlc vehicles so that is not the issue, spawned a few unmarked ones, they worked, majority dont, just gives me a rage crash

    Maybe something in the Meta causing crash. I can spawn the Tahoes but all others crash game. I havent had time to look but one wrong character in a Meta would cause a crash and as big and intense as this pack is. It may have been overlooked. Good luck many want to enjoy. Like I said Tahoes spawn so dlc isnt all bad something isnt talking right

    Same as everyone else. Instructions followed. Some cars work, most cause a crash. Likely a meta file missing or isn't coded properly. Removed.

    Floyd, Im glad to have watched this pack almost entirely live on your streams being made from start to finish.  Vehicles, Metas and Skins are on point.  It works flawlessly when installed correctly.  The passion and attention to detail is real.

    I am able to get the tahoes and durangos to spawn but nothing else, installed everything just how it said.

    Figured it out last night. I am able to spawn the all but the chargers. Went to veh.meta and changed the handling id from AWDCHARGER to police2 and I can now spawn the 200 chargers( save your self time and create the liveries instead maybe?) in this good looking pack!!

    Change you the handling id in vehicle.meta to police2 from AWDCHARGER and they will spawn

    The vehicle.meta in the packs dlc not your main vehicle.meta, handling id

    I dont have AWDCHARGER added into my game for a handling line, so may work for those who have that but most dont so FYI.
