Things that are not true to life to Woodburn Police Department

- 2012 & 2013 Dodge Charger (Woodburn has 2008s or 2010s I believe)

- Added "Dial 9-1-1" to the rear quarter panel (Woodburn does not have that on their vehicles, nor do they have unit numbers on top of the vehicles)

- Not all vehicles are exactly like Woodburn PD.

- CVPI in Woodburn PD is not a slicktop, and has an actual K-9 cage in the back.

- Woodburn TSU vehicle is not a bearcat, but more like the default Nstockade, liveries are not 100% accurate.

able to be fixed)

~NOTE~ Handling is kinda crappy on the Taurus, Polpatriot and definitely on the Nstockade. Fixes soon to come... hopefully.

Installation:

BACKUP FIRST!!

Use SparkIV or OpenIV to install the vehicle files.

Copy all files from the "Vehicle Files" folder into your vehicles.img

Then copy all folders/files (ELS.ini, ELS, pc, and common) in your main GTA IV directory.
