This is just a texture for a 2011 CVPI i created i did not base it on anything. But i just wanted to release it since i was not going to do anything with it and thought it would be better useful to anybody who wanted to take a look at it.

I forgot to put it on the GTA 4 Mods Page. Sorry.

But i am creating skins for gta 5 just have to find the right pack to make skins for.
