What software did you use?

Because the file is quite messy, scratched up and well, just like fairly dirty.

I used Paint.net for my Boston Police skinz, its kinda difficult doing the texts on the doors, i give you alot of credit for trying, took me 2 hours to do mines to make it exactly like BP cruisers...
