1.) FIRST you have to download this car model: 
https://de.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/mercedes-benz-sprinter-facelift-tigis

2.) Then you place all files into last patchday: Grand Theft Auto V / Mods / Update / x64 / dlcpacks / Patchday18ng / dlc.rpf / levels / gtav / vehicles / vehicles.rpf 

3.) And then you can change skin of your ambulance car. Just replace it. 

4.) DONE!
