*If it's a texture you DON'T need to say if its ELS or Not.*

Some people look for ages finding NON-ELS (or ELS) skins. Might aswell help em, aye?

Again, as stated previously, it's nice to help those looking for vehicles with a certain lighting equipment. This is ELS, and thus, it is in the title.

Now, myself being a rather beginner at creating skins, I am not going to criticize on whether it is bad or good, I am just going to give you some pointers that can help you become better at texturing!

Pros

- Good Variety: Adding things like K-9 skins and multiple vehicles is a great way to draw in people and make a name for yourself, people always want more, good job!

Cons

- Sizing: As a marked Police vehicle, presence and making sure people know it is a police car is important! Making letters like POLICE LS/SA, is very important because, well they need to know its a cop car, and be able to read it from a good distance.

-Plain: I understand, it is a first or third skin, and you may not be ready for a whole striped and decorated car. All i have to say is just really let loose on skins, just put down what you hve in your head, if you can, then use that as a template to adapt to something that could work. Also, use reference departments to get ideas, or base skins off of, that is a very good way to start skins because it gives you something to copy/help.

Final Note: I am not coming at you like a pro Skinner telling you it sucks, I am simply trying to help this community and everyone grow!! Hope this helped!

Hey, thanks for the feedback.

This livery follows the Pre-2016 Kansas City Police Department livery. I understand where you're coming from, trust me.

So far, I have been working on other projects. Some like this,

Bought time we get some Kansas stuff up in here.

Ironically, this would be the Kansas City, Missouri livery but I plan on getting the Kansas City, Kansas livery here too. Thanks for taking the time to comment, it is appreciated!

I get you man, why else do you think I made the KCPD livery? Haha, Kansas ironically has some good liveries too, I don't know why it has more stuff on here.

Gonna make more of the KC metro area? Blaine county would look really nice with some JoCo sheriff style liveries 😉
