This is a Text Adviser light bar that I made for use with a tarffic adviser or it can be used on it's own

all text is set to the one light i.e if you set to light to the extra_8 slot all text will light up. I made it this way so I could be used in sync with all the extra light pattens

Zmodeler is the tool to use. But I assume you are new to all this. Zmodeler is a tool to modify car models.

I'm sorry, but 2.5/5.0. Textures look messed up, doesn't look like there are any indents for the LEDs and the font is not that great either.
