I first found LCPDFR back in the day though watching GTA IV Machinima video's (Man those where the days) and got suggest a video. I can't really remember the name or the uploadeder but it had LCPDFR in the name and after watching I thought it was so cool. So I went out and bought a copy of GTA IV (retail) to install on the at that time family computer which specs follow (as much a can remember)

-1tb HDD
-Nvidia gt730 (yes a GT card)
Not the best but I mange to run GTA IV.
The first pack I used was the one by CJ24 and while I loved it it's wasn't perfect for me, so I started to look into how they are made. At that time I had no idea what the hell Code3, Whelen, Fedsig and so on were (being an Aussie and all) But I did research, and learnt how to mod. I started late 2012 and since then have released over 40 different files and over half have been development releases because I want to give back and make nice things. total downloads at the time of typing this 34,600
My most popular GTA IV file to date is 'LCPD CVPI (ELS V6)' with over 3000 downloads.
My most popular GTA V file to date is 'Pierce Arrow XT [non-els]' with over 2000 downloads
I was also the crazy person behind the meter-maid car for both GTA IV and V.
Alot of what I know has been self taught and mainly done in the one program, Zmod2 with IV and Zmod3 with V, which makes it hard for me to give support.
